Be Confident!

Easton and I had our first discussion about being yourself today.  His preschool went on a nature hike yesterday and he wore a big floppy camping hat of Michaels, and was so proud.  That is until until a kid on the bus told him it was a goofy hat.

I hate when people pick on others, especially my own kids.

Today he asked to wear it again for preschool field day, but came up short when I went to put it on his head.  He told me they thought it was a goofy hat.  I told him it didn't matter.  He likes it so wear it proudly...and he did.  I think he is most proud that it's actually his big brother's hat.  Either way he's lovin' it!
