Noah's EEG
Noah has had some unexplained involuntary eye blinking, and he shudders often, as if he is cold. His doctor sent him in to have an EEG done to see if it could possibly be mini seizures. Thankfully the tests came back normal!
We ended up staying the night at the Ronald McDonald house the night before the test because they requested that I put him to bed 2 hours late and wake him up 4 hours early from his regular night time sleep pattern. They needed him to sleep through most of the 8:30am test. That meant instead of a 7pm-7am night the poor boy only slept from 9pm to 3 in the morning.

He was such a good boy! It took them about 30 minutes to get all the leads to stay on his head, and then they wrapped up his head to keep them from falling off during the test. Thankfully the interruption in his sleep routine did the trick and he fell asleep less than 2 minutes into the actual test. He was soooo tired, and it took us a couple of days to recover from that night.
