State Champion, Again!!

She came into the State Meet hoping to duplicate her success from last year, and she did!  Winning the D2 State Title again, and breaking 7 minutes were two of her biggest goals this year.  Her time of 6:58.12 was good enough for 5th place in Federation (one place higher than last year).  Federation is the top 8 from both D1 and D2.  She also placed 5th for the 3000m (one place higher than last year), and the 4x8 team placed 7th (2 places higher than last year), only missing out on a medal by 2 seconds.  So proud of all you have accomplished, Elsa!
