The Costume Party
Chase woke up and decided that today was the day to have a costume party. The conversation went like this:
Chase: "When are we having the costume party?"
Me: "We aren't. There is no party."
Chase: "Ok, what are you going to wear to the party?"
Me: "There is no party."
Chase: "Ok, what time is the party?"
Me: "There is no party."
Chase: "Ok, so what are you going to wear?"
...and this went on and on all morning. Finally around 1pm I looked at Elsa and said: "So...6pm?" and this is how the party came to be. I picked up balloons, some snacks and drinks, and we pulled in Michael's light machine from outside. It was only an hour, but we had a blast!! And look at his face; so happy!
